DFN24 provides an AI-assisted recruitment platform accessible through your account. Access is granted on a prepaid credit basis. One credit costs €0.10 (equivalent shown in supported currencies at checkout).

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secret and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Credits are consumed when you use paid features from your dashboard.
• Credits do not expire while the account is active.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• Bank transfer orders unlock features once funds are received (usually 1 business day).

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

You warrant that you have a lawful basis to submit candidate data. You remain the controller of such data; we act as processor under a data processing agreement available on request.

AI-generated evaluations are decision-support, not decisions. You are responsible for final hiring decisions and for compliance with employment and anti-discrimination law in your jurisdiction.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Invoices are issued in the currency selected at checkout.

Credit purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

The platform, its models and content are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Unused credits may be forfeited if termination is due to a material breach by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where we are established. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
