Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026. This policy defines how the DFN24 platform may and may not be used.

1. Lawful hiring only

Use the platform only to fill genuine open roles and to make lawful, non-discriminatory hiring decisions. Do not use the service to collect data on individuals without a legitimate recruitment purpose.

2. Prohibited content

  • Illegal, defamatory, harassing or hateful content.
  • Malware, phishing content or exploits targeting our systems or candidates.
  • Sensitive personal data (health, religion, political opinions, biometric data) unless strictly necessary and lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

3. Prohibited activities

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing rate limits.
  • Reselling access, credits or AI outputs as a standalone product.
  • Using the service to build a competing product or training dataset.
  • Automated mass account creation or credit farming through promo codes.
  • Using the service to deceive candidates about the identity of the employer.

4. Fair AI use

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated evaluations and for ensuring fair, non-discriminatory decisions. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for a hiring decision.

5. Reporting abuse

Report violations to [email protected]. We investigate credible reports and may suspend accounts pending review.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities. No refund is due for suspensions caused by violations.
